Happy New Year!
We tend to begin each new year with new oaths, initiatives and undertakings. In 2021, in particular, we are pushing forward and bringing about transformation for ourselves and our patrons. This January, after 9 long months, the Mandel Public Library of West Palm Beach brought back some limited in-person programs with social distancing and masks required. The library will also continue to offer virtual programs for those not comfortable returning, as well as some programs by appointment only.
The library helps our community members meet their personal evolution goals including children who need to advance their studies, adults looking to stay fit or get a new job, or seniors looking to pick up a new hobby.  The library offers a number of ways for you to enhance different aspects of your life:

  • Art - art classes, lectures, studio time,  or take-home kits
  • Wellness - yoga, meditation and mental health classes
  • Reading Groups – book clubs, storytimes, reading challenges, author talks
  • Work & School Success – resume and interview tips, career counseling and advancement, adult education, homework help

All of these wonderful resources are available to everyone for FREE! This is why your city library remains a vital resource for our entire community!
As a reminder, our annual Food For Thought fundraiser will taking place on Saturday, November 13, 2021.
Thank you for your support, and please continue to give.
